[Counter:Play] Play this card, and if the Battle Card being played has an energy cost of 4 or less, it is placed in its owner's Drop Area instead of being played. [Permanent] During your opponent's turn, reduce the energy cost of this card in your hand by 1 for each green Extra Card in your Battle Area and Drop Area. [Auto] When this card is played, if your opponent has 8 or more cards in their hand, they choose 1 card in their hand and discard it.
