One percentage point on top of your existing seller commission, applied only to the orders you choose to insure. That's 6% (Europe) or 9% (North America) instead of 5% / 8% — and only on the shipments where you tick the box.
Never up front. The Shield premium is deducted from your payout for that order when funds release — same moment as the rest of the commission. You never see a separate invoice.
No. Shield is between you and CardNexus. Buyers see the same shipping experience either way.
