The count is part of the French product name: most cases are listed as Case de 4 displays, such as Case de 4 displays Fabuleux for Fabled - Booster Box Case, so four boxes of one set in the factory carton. A few listings do not state it, like the Hyperia City and Shimmering Skies cases, so check the product page.
Each box inside is a sealed Lorcana booster box of the same set.
