Booster Case Shinobi Shiren (First edition), Booster Case Konoha Shido (First edition) and Booster Case Konoha Shido (Second edition). Each is a factory carton of booster boxes from one set and edition. The boxes inside are the ones sold singly on the Naruto Mythos booster boxes page, and the description says how many a case holds.
The set and the edition on the label, since Konoha Shidō exists in a First edition and a 2nd Edition, each with its own case. The language too: cases are listed in English, French and Italian. Then inspect the carton for cut tape, crushed corners or damp marks, which could mean damaged boxes inside.
Separate boxes let you mix, say one Shinobi Shiren box and one Konoha Shidō box. A case gives several boxes of one set and edition in their factory carton, which matters mostly for a store or a sealed collection. For a smaller opening, Naruto Mythos booster packs are sold one at a time.
