Japanese Pokémon Booster Packs
A booster pack is a sealed pack of random cards, sold here one at a time rather than by the box. Packs range from the Pokemon Jungle Booster Pack (291 Yen) of 1997 to SV9: Battle Partners and M3: Nihil Zero.

FAQ
One sealed pack of random cards from a single set, bought on its own rather than inside a box. Examples here include the Paradise Dragona Booster Pack from SV7a: Paradise Dragona and the Heat Wave Arena Booster Pack.
Mega Brave and Mega Symphonia are two separate sets, each with its own pack: the Mega Brave Booster Pack belongs to m1L: Mega Brave and the Mega Symphonia Booster Pack to m1S: Mega Symphonia.
The range is wide in time. The oldest pack here, the Pokemon Jungle Booster Pack (291 Yen), dates from 1997 and belongs to Pokemon Jungle.
Later packs include SM1S: Collection Sun and SM1M: Collection Moon (2016) and S6a: Eevee Heroes and S7R: Blue Sky Stream (2021), then the SV and M series up to recent sets such as M6: Storm Emeralda.
All packs here are Japanese editions; what varies is the product itself. SV11W: White Flare has a White Flare Booster Pack and a White Flare Deluxe Booster Pack, and Black Bolt is split the same way, so read the full name.
For M6a: MEGA Expansion 30th Celebration, the pack is listed as M6a: 30th Celebration : Booster. Then check in the photos that the wrapper is closed on every seam.
A Japanese booster box holds packs of the same set in one sealed box, which suits a larger opening of, say, SV8: Super Electric Breaker.
A Japanese promo pack is a different product: the McDonald's Japan Promo Booster (2025) holds promo cards, not cards from a main set.
