A One Piece starter deck display is a sealed display box of identical decks, as delivered to stores. Displays run from Starter Deck 1: Straw Hat Crew to Starter Deck 35: Sabo (Red/Black), with Ultra Deck and Super Pre-Release boxes too.

It is the store box of one starter deck, sealed as shops receive it, holding several copies of the same deck. Titles add Display to the deck name: Starter Deck 23: RED Shanks Display, Ultra Deck: The Three Brothers Display, Learn Together Deck Set Display.
The number of decks per box is not in the title, so read the description. Each deck's cards are listed on its set page, for example Starter Deck 22: Ace & Newgate.
The earliest are the 2022 boxes, from Starter Deck 1: Straw Hat Crew to Starter Deck 4: Animal Kingdom Pirates, also offered in Super Pre-Release editions. Later displays include Starter Deck 5: Film Edition, Ultra Deck: The Three Brothers and Starter Deck EX: Gear 5, up to 2026 boxes such as Starter Deck 34 : Charlotte Katakuri (Purple) Display.
The deck number and leader, then the edition: Starter Deck 2: Worst Generation Display and Super Pre-Release Starter Deck 2: Worst Generation Display are separate products. Check the language stated in the offer as well.
The outer wrap must be intact and no deck missing, since an opened display may have been split for resale. If you plan to keep it closed, ask for photos of every side. The Starter Deck 2: Worst Generation page lists the cards.
A single starter deck is enough for one player. The display gives you several copies of one deck in a store box, for a club or for sealed collecting.
A deck case is one step higher: a factory case of displays, as in Starter Deck 20: YELLOW Charlotte Katakuri Display Case. The case and the display of a given deck share one set page.
