A One Piece starter deck is a ready-to-play deck designed for learning the game. Each one is sold here as a single deck, from Starter Deck 1: Straw Hat Crew to Starter Deck 23: RED Shanks and Starter Deck 36 : Eustass "Captain" Kid (Yellow).

Most decks carry a number, a colour and a leader: Starter Deck 23: RED Shanks, Starter Deck 27: BLACK Marshall.D.Teach, Starter Deck 33: Kuzan (Blue). Two-colour decks say so, as in Starter Deck 28: GREEN/YELLOW Yamato.
Other names mark special lines: Ultra Deck: The Three Brothers, Starter Deck EX: Gear 5 and the Learn Together Deck Set. Each deck has a set page listing its cards, for example Starter Deck 23: RED Shanks.
The range goes from Starter Deck 1: Straw Hat Crew, Starter Deck 2: Worst Generation and Starter Deck 3: The Seven Warlords of The Sea in 2022 to the 2026 decks such as Starter Deck 31: RED Monkey.D.Luffy and Starter Deck 36: Eustass "Captain" Kid (Yellow).
The Super Pre-Release edition of Starter Deck 3 is listed apart from the regular one.
The number, not only the leader: Monkey.D.Luffy leads several decks, including Starter Deck 18: PURPLE Monkey.D.Luffy, Starter Deck 26: PURPLE/BLACK Monkey.D.Luffy and Starter Deck 31 : Monkey.D.Luffy (Red). Check whether it is a Super Pre-Release edition too.
Each offer states its language; if the deck is for learning, pick one you read easily. The Starter Deck 18 page lists that deck's cards.
This page sells one deck at a time. A deck display is the sealed store box of one starter deck, for example Starter Deck 22: Ace & Newgate Display, and a deck case holds several of those displays, as in Starter Deck 19: BLACK Smoker Display Case.
To improve a deck afterwards, players usually add singles from the One Piece cards page.
