Pokémon Booster Boxes
A Pokémon booster box is a sealed box of booster packs from the same expansion. This page is for full boxes, not loose packs or the cases that hold several boxes. They range from the Base Set Booster Box (Revised Unlimited Edition) to the Pitch Black Booster Box, with half and Enhanced versions for some sets.

FAQ
Three formats appear in the names. The standard Booster Box, such as the Phantasmal Flames Booster Box from ME02: Phantasmal Flames. The Half Booster Box, for sets like SV10: Destined Rivals or SV08: Surging Sparks. And the Enhanced Booster Box, listed for Mega Evolution and Journey Together. Each holds packs of a single set, so read the format in the name before you compare offers.
Boxes go back to the first sets: the Pokemon Base Set (Shadowless) [1st Edition] Booster Box (1999) and the Base Set 2 Booster Box. Plasma Freeze, Plasma Blast and Legendary Treasures follow in 2013 and XY - Flashfire in 2014, before the Sword & Shield and Scarlet & Violet sets and recent Mega Evolution sets such as ME04: Chaos Rising. A box holds packs of the set in its name only.
Start with the format: Mega Evolution Booster Box, Mega Evolution Half Booster Box and Mega Evolution Enhanced Booster Box are three products. On vintage boxes, check the edition, such as 1st Edition on the Base Set (Shadowless) box or Revised Unlimited Edition on Base Set. Then the language printed on the box, one of English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Brazilian Portuguese, and the shrink wrap, which should be the original one with no tear.
A booster box is the biggest single unit of packs from one set, such as the Surging Sparks Booster Box. A Pokémon booster bundle holds fewer packs of the same set and suits a smaller opening, while a Pokémon ETB adds accessories to its packs. For several boxes still in their factory carton, see Pokémon booster box cases. The cards inside stay random in every format.
